The nasty Covid19 virus

I’m not scared is a series on dealing with firsttime experiences. The purpose is to equip children, as well as their parents and teachers, to deal with life’s crises, in particular when encountered for the first time. The life situations dealt with are not presented in clinical textbook style, but in the context of a reallife experience depicted by means of a – sometimes touching – story with authentic characters with which the reader can identify. The reader is not only confronted with the particular situation as such, but the way in which the experience is perceived and handled by the characters also indirectly contributes to the development of life skills in terms of, amongst others, social behaviour and interaction (friendship, empathy, caring, understanding), communication, team dynamics and crisis management in general.
